1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "judisini", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://judisini.one and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the judisini website, all games, services, tools, and features accessible through it.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the judisini Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the judisini Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a User's judisini Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent cryptocurrency value.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game, event, or market available through the Platform.
• "Eligible User" means a User who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the judisini Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the judisini Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on judisini. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without notice.
• Own Behalf Only: You must use the Platform exclusively on your own behalf. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's Account is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously been subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on the judisini Platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on judisini, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address and a Malaysian phone number. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. judisini reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. judisini will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. You must notify judisini immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. judisini accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

judisini reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (c) your use of the Platform poses a security or fraud risk; or (d) you are under the minimum age requirement.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

judisini accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions), and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Available payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. judisini reserves the right to refuse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to involve third-party funds. Deposits credited to your Wallet in error must be reported immediately; usage of erroneously credited funds may result in Account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal times vary by payment method but judisini targets processing within 30 minutes for e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals under standard conditions. judisini may request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. judisini reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending compliance checks.

5.4 Currency

All fiat transactions on judisini are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT transactions are valued at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. judisini is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

judisini may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards to registered members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of the offer. General promotional conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.

• In sports betting, judisini follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport and competition. In the event of ambiguity, judisini's settlement decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judisini Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to judisini immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to circumvent promotional limits, withdrawal restrictions, or suspension decisions.
